I have used your adhesive gliders before. Although they are very effective on my Kardean floor. They had a limited life. So I have tried the screw in variety. They are equally effective and I hope a more permanent solution. If they do wear out they can easily be replaced.

Bought new chairs for the new kitchen and fitted the self-adhesive felt pads that came with the chairs. These were coming off in days. Sent for these screw-on glides and problem solved. They allow the chair to move easily across the Karndean floor but the chair stays put when seated. Perfect solution and would use again.

Brilliant much more effective than the alternative adhesive type which I tried originally and which kept slipping due to the slight angle on the foot of the chair leg which placed uneven pressure on the adhesive bond and forced it to slip. The crew on version is solid, the screw ensuring the pad is secure and does not move and the silicon face on the pad means the furniture slides easily on floor. Would use again in this scenario with this style of chair. Note have used the adhesive pads on a different piece of furniture with flat leg bottoms and these work perfectly now also.

I recently bought four of these glides for a heavy wooden bed that was marking our pine floor every time we moved it, and they work. . . I wish I'd found them sooner. I also ordered some adhesive 2 inch ones to put under a sofa, and will be ordering more from this company, many thanks for such prompt service .

After 3 attempts of trying to fit felt sticky back pads to our kitchen chairs without any success.
I decided to search for something different and found these PTFE teflon pads, which you fit using the screws supplied.
Once the pads were fitter we noticed how easily the chairs move across the laminated floor. Plus after two weeks they are still in the same place as fitted. Great Product.
